Our Process
At KPW Autogroup, we don't believe you can truly improve a service department from behind a desk. We believe you have to be there. That's why our process begins with spending five full days at your dealership, working directly inside your service operation and evaluating every aspect of how your department functions. We look beyond the numbers and examine the people, processes, workflow, communication, accountability, and customer experience that ultimately drive your results.

Our Process Step 2
During those five days, we take a comprehensive look at your entire service operation—from appointment scheduling and advisor performance to technician productivity, dispatching, inspections, menu presentations, customer communication, workflow, processes, and management accountability.

Our Process Step 3
We identify where opportunities are being missed, where inefficiencies are costing you money, and where your existing team and operation have the potential to produce more. Most importantly, we don't simply tell you what's wrong—we work to understand why it's happening and what needs to change.

Our Process Step 4
Once the five-day evaluation is complete, we take everything we've learned and develop a customized blueprint specifically for your dealership. We then work with your leadership and service team to implement the recommended changes, establish accountability, and create processes designed for today's increasingly complex automotive environment.

Our Process Step 5
Our involvement doesn't end when we leave your dealership; we continue with follow-up and recap calls to review progress, address challenges, and keep the team focused on the goals we established. KPW Autogroup is built around a simple philosophy: identify the opportunity, implement the solution, measure the results, and continually improve. And because KPW states that its program guarantees results within 90 days and operates on a month-to-month basis, the focus remains on delivering measurable improvement rather than simply providing a consulting report.

Five days can change the way you see your service department.
Ninety days can change the way your service department performs.
